Our product range encompasses the entire spectrum of spices and their derivatives processed and blended as per the requirements of the customer. We primarily focus on the processing of Black and White Pepper, Red Chillies (Red Peppers) , Ginger (Cochin) , Turmeric (Alleppey & Madras) , various curry powders and other seed spices like Cassia, Coriander, Cumin and Celery. In addition, we also have the ability to source and supply Green Pepper products too. We are certified processors for organic spices as well. The quality function is an integral part of our production process. We have the capability to undertake analysis of the various parameters that are required to conform to the standards set by the internationl market. Laboratory facilities include instrumentation section consisting of a HPLC, Gas Chromatograph and a UV viz Spectrophotometer as well as a well set microbiology lab. We have an automated plant with the capability to process a wide range of spices to customer specific requirements. The plant is equiped with sophisticated equipment supplemented by rare earth magnets placed at strategis points to ensure metal-free products conforming to the ecacting standards of ASTA, UDFDA, UK Food Safety Act and EU regulations. Export containers are processed, stuffed and sealed in our premises and there by ensuring control at every stage. The strength of our company lies in effective sourcing of farm fresh spices from the best orchards, farms and other growing centres in India.
