We are nearing completion of our manufacturing plant and would like to take this opportunity to officially introduce ourselves. American Powersports Manufacturing Company Inc. Is a registered Tennessee Corporation, with applications filed with the State of Tennessee Dept. Of Commerce M. V. C. as a manufacturer. All APMC products will be EPA and CARB Certified, and DOT Conforming when required. Major components will be manufactured inside, with many out sourced components being supplied by US Manufacturers, all engines will be out sourced from three quality manufacturers located in India, Taiwan and China. APMC will conduct 26 daily test on electrical and major components used to ensure safety and longevity of each product. Out sourced components are tested prior, and after assembly, to ensure they meet all federal requirements. This will reduce the amount of recalls and provide consistent quality in each product. Our continuance in developing new styles, additional safety features and cost control, will offer the most modern products at a cost the consumer can afford. Two new safety features is a Roll Over Protection system, designed for the ATV enthusiast, will reduce the amount of bodily harm resulting from roll over accidents. The second feature is a anti theft tracking chip placed on all model products. This will reduce consumer insurance premiums and detour theft. Our products will be competitively priced in comparison to the better quality Chinese products that are presently in the US market, with quality and service exceeding some Japanese models. To make this type of statement we had to spend 6 years in research development of programs, cost analysis and utilization of many agencies. While the infrastructure of APMC is very complex, the results will fulfill the distributors, dealers and consumers demands. Even though Internet and Outside Territory Sales are prohibited, with the profit margins, product selection and many other features offered, our distributors, their dealers and the consumer is guaranteed to be excited with our company.
