Asta Plastic Tubes (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, located in Shanghai, China. We are the manufacturer and exporter. We passed the Germany TUV 9001:2000 ISO international quality system authentication in 2002. After 5 years improvement, we hve a complete quality management system. We have 180 regular workers, and about 30 workers unregular, in which management people is 30% and engineers is about20%. We manufacture plastic tubes and ABL tubes for cosmetics, food, pharmacy and painting color industries. We can provide a complete range of plastic tubes and printing ways, such as 6 colors offset printing, 3 colors silkscreen printing, hot stamping, hot transferring printing and labeling. At the same time, we provide kinds of caps. We have advanced manufacturing equipment, owning many high-efficiency flow lines. The annual production ability is 60 million to 80 million pieces.
