BD STAR Garden Furniture Co., Ltd. was founded by a group of professional outdoor furniture technicians who have been engaged in this field for decades. We get together because we have the same dream i.e. to build up our own outdoor living world to serve our mid-range and high-end customers. 1. Located at 16# Nanshui Road, Fengchong Industrial Zone, Lishui Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, BD STAR Furniture Co., Ltd. is taking the advantages of convenient transportation and low cost for trucking. 2. We process every working procedure by ourselves: from bending, welding, shaping, polishing, acid washing, powder coating, bamboo painting, weaving to packing, so we control each step of producing thus to ensure our well-finished quality and at the same time to keep the cost low. 3. Our perfect QC system and management The managers of each working procedures are the shareholder of our plant, including the manager of shaping, welding, powder coating, painting, weaving, development, and the operation manager. They are all the Owners of this plant. Besides, the most important characteristic of our plant is we introduce production line for our weaving which has broken the traditional rule that one worker to finish one piece all. After introducing the production line, several workers cooperate to finish one item, e.g. for a chair, one worker in charge of the woof, another is for the vertical, or one is for the back, another is for the seat or the arms. Anyway, one worker is in charge for one part of the chair. In this way, it has greatly raised the worker's facility and accuracy. We can make sure that all our products even made by different workers but can be looked like one piece. Thus, we have greatly improved our quality, shortened our lead time, and lowered the costs to make our products more competitive. 4. The development team is under the leading of our chief director who has been engaged in this field for around 10 years with lot of experience, and has great and distinctive taste for modern outdoor living. Our stacking chairs are all out of his designs which are copy right reserved in the European market.
