PullForm is a full substitute of the classical cladding materials such as precast stone, fiber cement (gfrc), aluminium, pvc, marbles, granites, etc with numeruos challenging advantages and performance over them which can be outlined as follows:
1. Ultra Light Weight: PullForm products are 80% lighter than steel and 30% lighter than aluminium. Our PullForm panels at 6 mm thickness has a weight of 9.5 kg only per sq. Meter.
2. Ultra High Strength: PullForm has a mechanical strength higher than steel and concrete. Unit strength in tension & compression is approx.20 x that of steel when these properties are combined on the basis of unit density. Flexural strength of PullForm Panel is 468 MPa
3. Esthetic and Modern Appearance: PullForm products can be printed or wrapped with any patterns of marble, granite, gold, silver, woods, furs, etc. By a high-tech printing process which can not be removed or peeled off.
4. Extremely Low Thermal Conductivity and Expansion: PullForm has much lower thermal conductivity and linear expansion values than steel and concrete which are 0.2 w/m C and 5.2 respectively.
5. Not affected at all by aggrasive corrosive environments & chemicals
6. Free of Water Absorption: Pullform products has a negligible value of water absorption for outdoor applications at only 0.18% of its weight.
7. Electrically Full Insulated
8. Resistant against extremely high temperatures over 130 c
9. Non flammable and Fire Retardant (optional)
10. No warpage and deformation under heavy loads and temperatures as it has a high dimensional and volume stability
11. Too easy and too fast to install
