BSN Global Bags Co., Ltd. is a supplier for environmentally-friendly bags. Located in Yiwu, China, BSN Global Bags Co., Ltd. specializes in the design, production, and distribution of various kinds of bags with environmentally-friendly materials. We produce fishing bags, school bags, backpacks, satchels, waist bags, travel bags, pen bags, make-up bags, handbags, and shopping bags. The materials used for making bags include polyester oxford, polypropylene (PP) woven cloth, non-woven cloth, sailcloth, and PVC stretch film. As a strong believer in environmental protection, BSN Global has made tremendous investments over the last eight years in environmentally-friendly materials. Today, the maximum poisonous and harmful content such as Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) Nonyl Phenol (NP) Phthalate and total Cadmium residing in such materials as polyester oxford and PVC stretch film is tested by TUV Rheinland and certified to meet the most recent European environmental protection standards including the following directives: EN71, RoHS, 2005/84/EC, and 76/769/EEC. Our company is organized into the following departments: technical, materials management, production, quality assurance, and sales & marketing. As to production, our two weaving workshops are operating in Yiwu and Dongyan of Zhejiang Province. With more than 200 employees, our functions are divided into the followings: 18 personnel in management/techniques, 8 personnel in cutting process, 180 personnel in turning process, and 10 personnel in high frequency operations. Our company is equipped with the following machinery: 3 sets of cutters (mechanical and hydraulic off-loaders), more than 180 sets of sewing machines (including flatbed, double needle, synchronized, high head, and computerized machines), 12 sets of ironing and setting (boarding) machines (including 5 sets of high frequency machines), and 2 sets of packing equipment. Our monthly production capacity for medium-sized soft bags exceeds 100,000 pieces. The strictly enforced 4-tier (team -> workshop -> production department -> QA department) quality assurance system results in excellent quality of our finished products and low defect rate of below 1%.
