Beijing Jinghanlin Mould Manufacture Co., Ltd., established in 2004, is a large scale enterprise focusing on professional design and manufacture for aluminum alloy wheels of both automobiles and motorcycles. We are also engaged in the mould making and handling and aluminum alloy wheel marketing & sale. The employees in our company are more than 60. 90% of our employees are skilled technicians, including 20 engineers as well as some senior engineers working over 10 years in the wheel manufacturing industry and mould-making technology. Based on customers' initial design concepts and requirements, our professional design team is capable of working out final perfect wheel design and fine-machining with CNC line. Currently, we have CNC machines (including machining center and CNC lathe) and general machines (including turning, milling, planing, grinding, benching, and drilling), more than 20 units in total. Our business involves the automobiles and motorcycles' aluminum alloy wheel manufacture, mould-making, as well as aviation part and air tool part processing. We obtained ISO9001 certificate. In order to avoid any unqualified products flowing out of the factory, we use strict system of three-inspections.
