Beijing Shengshichang Long Wear Material Production Center is a joint-stock private enterprise with a registered fund of RMB20 million. We focus on professional research, development, processing and trade of wear resistant materials. Located at Yanfang, Changping District, Beijing, we cover a total area of over 100mu (about 6.7 hectares) with workshops of 20,000sqm. There are more than 200 employees in our company, and among them, there are more than 30 managerial, engineering and technical personnel, who graduated from vocational secondary schools or above. Our total annual sale amounts to 30,000 ton. Of all castings we produce, the heaviest amounts to 15 tons per piece. Our counterweights have been sold well both at home and abroad, especially in the USA, Japan, Germany, Italy, Australia and Sweden. Now our enterprise has obtained ISO9001 Quality System Certification.Our main technical process is vacuum process casting. In our factory, there are two advanced designed assembly lines, 20 sets of hoisting equipments, of which the max lifting weight is 20 tons; 2 sets of warm air furnaces of 10 tons each, 12 sets of vacuum pumps, one set of sand-conditioning equipment, one set of loading equipment for furnace, and a large polishing and cleaning room. There are three workshops for founding, cleaning, and painting. Our factory has a large scale capacity to produce and sell products.Our enterprise is composed of the following departments: Human Resource Department, Quality Inspection Department, International Trade Department, and Logistics & Finance Department.
