Captain Peter has been in business for the past 3 years. Our produce comes fresh and direct from the Caribbean seas off the coast of Trinidad. Our produce can be customized with sodium or freshly iced on board our vessels to our customers liking. Our produce is packaged to our costumers liking and quantity. Our fresh produce is shipped weekly. We supply a variety of fresh fish and shrimp. Our shrimp are supplied in three different sizes; small, medium and large. It can be either shipped with head or headless. The fish however, come in varieties of croaker, blinch, cavalli, moonfish, red snapper, trout, salmon, catfish and a variety of small mixed fish.
