CJC Industry Trade is a trading company established in 2006, and the company is located in Mississauga Ontario, Canada. Headed by Mr. Shawson Zhu, P. Eng, CJC has three experienced mechanical engineers and industrial engineers. As a P. Eng. , Mr. Zhu has over 20 years mechanical engineering experiences, including quality assurance experiences, in different industries from consulting engineering to automotive manufacturing in China, Japan and Canada separately. Other staffs also have over 7-8 years engineering experiences both in Canada and China. With many years working in mechanical design, plant design, and 7-8 years working in manufacturing industry of Canada, CJC engineers have established a very extensive manufacturer / supplier network in Canada, Japan and China separately. By the aid of these international network, CJC will provide quality out-sourcing business to customer competitively and flexibly both from overseas and local, whether mass production or small quantity order. For products delivery and quality, CJC and our supplier will supply best service to customer with best quality, as there is a double control on the contract progress and products quality. 1'st, all our suppliers have ISO 9001 or TS16949 quality system, Based on the quality management system, they will follow customer drawing and contract request rigidly during manufacturing, and they have in-process check and final shipment check according to their quality procedure. 2'nd, our CJC engineers who have 7-8 years experiences of QA and manufacturing in Canadian companies, will keep eyes continually on suppliers products manufacturing and our CJC engineer will take on-site quality check and verification of products before the products ship-out to Canada and to customer. 3'rd, CJC will also conduct contract progress follow-up timely for ensuring products on-time delivery. CJC will keep continual and smooth communication between our supplier and customer, transfer customer's last requests, engineering changes and supplier questions in time. In case of finding defect products in customer site, CJC would take full responsibility to sort and do 100% replacement or repairing from our local supplier.
