Our reel is under limited lifetime warranty. And we are the only shop to offer it with contact point in your market, USA, Australia, and Europe. Manufacturers will stop carrying parts after about 6 years of sales, and 6 years is good to be considered as the lifetime of fishing reel. The warranty covers cost for repair or replacement, if a reel breaks because of manufacturing defection, or design flaw. It includes wide range of strange problems, and please contact us freely if you see any problem. For the warranty repair services, please pay for shipping because it is not covered by the warranty. Warranty service is upon manufacturer's inspection, and the broken product should be sent back to factory first. We do offer warranty services to reel sold by somebody who doesn't take care of you, at small charges. Please contact us freely if you are in trouble.
