Changheng Technology Group Co., Limited puts production, trade and design together. Our company covers 23000 square meters and has 14000 square meters workshop. Our company is mainly in line of two industries. One is PCB production and PCBA general assembling. Another one is led encapsulation and led applied products. We import mass advanced famous brand machines. Our products are sold in many countries, such as the USA and Europe. The PCB plant is located in famous ancient city - Changzhou, which is specialized in Printed Circuit Board. With the first stage projects, currently we have the capacity of 15000 square feet output per month of double-sided and multilayer PCB. After the second stage, we should have the capacity of 30000 square feet output per month. Now we mostly fabricate double-side/multilayer nickel and gold plated board, Hot Air Surface Level board, Immersion Ni-Au, Heat-resistant OSP board, High Tg board, Alloy based board and Teflon board. We bring in Panasonic automatic welding equipment and Semi-automatic plug-in equipment for SMT. LED encapsulation plant is located in ancient town - Qiandeng, which mainly manufactures high-brightness and high-quality LED. Our products are widely used in LED display screens, traffic lights, city lighting, lighting, automotive lighting and other fields. Our company has the most advanced fully automated production lines, such as selection of high-quality imported raw materials and complete reliability test equipment from Taiwan's Lite-LED industry, with more than 30 years' management experience, experienced degrees set R & D team, and staff skills. As to the quality management, we introduce ISO9001:2000 quality management system, get through TS 16949 and ISO 14000 evaluation, use American Military MIL-STD-105E II Standard, meet the requirements of environment IPC-6011,IPC-6012, and IPC-TM-650E industry Standard, use statistic process control system for key process, and coincide with UL-796 relevant items.
