Changzhou Henglong Special Wire Co., Ltd. was set up in 1997 in Changzhou city, Jiangsu province of China. He Rusen is our present general manager who found our company. Our registered capital is 5.8 million RMB and the total investment is 150 million RMB. We have 15,000sqm factory houses and three electroplating factories. We have 41 sets of large, medium, small and super-small sized drawing machines (23 sets of German NIEHOFF M20, M15, M5 continuous annealing drawing machines, 2 sets of Japanese AHB-22 continuous annealing drawing machines, 1 set of American C12 continuous annealing drawing machine), and we also have 95 sets of sheaf/tube stranding machines, such as NB250P, NB300P, NB500P, NB600P, American BARTEL, 11 sets of automated electroplating production lines, more than 30 sets of various types of manufacturing and testing machines. We have strong production and testing capacity, as well as a complete quality administration system. With the strength of technology and capital, Henglong has established reliable cooperative relationship with well-known domestic and overseas enterprises, as well as some higher institutions. We have built a special R&D lab. The products we produce are as follows: pure silver wires, silver plated copper wires, nickel plated copper wires, silver plated copper clad steel wires, bare copper wires, alloy wires and silver or nickel plated copper stranding wires. They are widely used in the fields of electronics, cable, aviation, aerospace, computer, medical treatment, telecommunication, military, and some other fields. We can produce special products according to IEC International Standard, GB National Standard, JIS Japanese Standard, CAS Canadian Standard, ASTM American standard and customers' requirements. The range of diameter is 0.02mm ~ 2.6mm and the range of strand is 0.002mm2 ~ 16mm2. We have enjoyed a high reputation from our customers for high precision of the diameter, even elongation, good conductivity and long-term storage of our products.
