Changzhou Hongxie Safety Glass Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, and is situated between No.312 national highway and Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. We are specialized in producing automobile safety-glass, construction machine glass, solar glass, furniture glass, glass shower and other safety glass. We are an ideal base of processing procedure. At present, our company has production capacity of over 1.5 million square meters of glass annually. Now we have more than RMB 80 million fixed asset, occupy 50000 square meters' area, with 35000 square meters' construction area, and staff over 300 people, among whom over 50 are technical persons. Our company owns sets of producing tempered and laminated glass facilities which reach the world advanced level, and also has the imported PC controlled processing center, computerized cutter, bevel edge machine, profile machine, bent heating furnace, and 3.2mm -12mm horizontal roller hearth flat tempered furnace. In order to guarantee the quality of products, and improve producing capability, our company invested in the imported BANDON automatic glass processing line form Japan, Busetti automatic edge grinder line, double shaft CNC glass drilling machine, and fully automatic bent automatic silk-screen line. The quality of our products passed DOT proof test from AMECA, ECE proof test from a German Organization of ECER43, Korean KS Certification, the national authentications of CCC and ISO/TS 1694, and international standard quality accreditation in 2003 and 2004 respectively. The technical standards, technology and measures adopted by our company have reached the international advanced level.
