Our process flow chart is listed as follow: Remove oil - Wash - Remove rust - Wash - Adjust the surface PH - Prevent rust (cover the tube surface inside with the phosphorus film) - Wash - Dry - Spray plastic statically - High temperature solidify. This process has effectively solved related problems, and has been checked out by National Office Equipment Surveillance & Inspection Center. The problem can't be solved if the tube is not processed like that. But this product wouldn't be used for long, maybe a few months or a year at most. The decorative film would fall off, and the tube inside would rust too. Then it will fall into pieces, discarded as useless in the end. We use density broad as table board, according to National standard, so as to make sure user's health.
