Chengdu Hesheng Yongjia Special Steel Co.,Ltd , invested by Sichuan Deyang Wankang Castings&Forgings Company, is founded in 2004 and located in Shuangliu Penzhen Industrial Zone A Area. It features convenient transportation with only 6 km to the international airport and 8 km to the downtown area. The company covers an area of 30,000 m2 with more than one billion total investment. There is a 3T intermediate frequency furnace, 10T electro slag furnace, 5T free forging air hammer, 6 sets different size heat treatment furnace heated by electricity and gas furnace as well as 20 sets large and medium size machine processing equipments in our facility. Deyang city is currently on the way to build the 100 acres project, which includes 10T, 15T electro slag furnace and AOD furnace each. We have advanced computerized direct reading spectrometer, infrared C-S analytical instrument and digital ultrasonic flaw detector imported from Germany to guarantee the products quality and ensure the accuracy of the test data. These instruments can finish more than 20 types elemental analysis and process ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, penetrating inspection, hardness inspection etc. as well as metallic materials metallographic examination. We pay much attention on the control of hi-tech product research and development .The electro slag technology has been adopted to produce the large-scale guide vane, large crankshaft, wellhead valve, profiled-section connecting rod etc.It is also used to supply 12 categories, more than 200 types of high grade special steel materials to water & fire power, wind power, nuclear power factories and petrochemical, metallurgy, military industries. We are rapidly emerging as an important equipment facility for the main equipment manufacturing base at Deyang area in China.
