Established in March 2001, located in a beautiful and richly-endowed small town-Ande, 20 minutes' drive from the centre of Cheng Du, Sichuan, Chengdu Yehua Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Yehua Tec.) has been engaged in Aluminum alloy precision casting since we were founded. Equipped with a perfect precision casting line which consists of gypsum pulp making unit, gypsum mold/shell making unit, pressure cabin (in which the vacuum pouring and pressurized solidification of casting are finished), heat treatment equipment, machining and dimension inspect facility, and occupying a production area of 990 square meters, we have the production capacity of 100,000kg of Aluminum alloy precision casting annually. We have been paying most attention to the process control and product QA. By the hard and creative work of our engineer team, we obtained the certifications of ISO9001:2000 and GB/T19001-2000 in October, 2006. The gypsum casting process The gypsum casting process is a kind of precision casting process. It is for such good properties of gypsum as fluidity of gypsum pulp and heat isolation. This makes the liquid Aluminum alloy with good fluidity during the pouring process, and the mold with quite complicated cavity easy to access. therefore, the gypsum casting process is used for the production of those Aluminum alloy castings with large or small dimension, complicated shape/structure and thin wall thickness (The largest dimension of the Aluminum alloy precision casting made by Yehua Tec. is 2960mm in length, 1460mm in width and 650mm in height; the weight of the casting is 60kg, and the minimum wall thickness is 5mm.). The quality of Aluminum alloy precision casting made by gypsum casting process meets the requirements of AMS4260, AMS4229, AMS-A-21180 and HB963-90, the minimum wall thickness of casting is 0.5~1.5mm, the dimension tolerance of casting meets grade CT6, ISO8062 or CT6, or HB6103-1986, and the surface roughness is Ra3.2um. With the development of modern industry, it is certain that more and more Aluminum alloy precision castings will be used in such industry fields as aircraft, weapon, electron, ship and computer.
