Chiameng Accessories Factory was established in 1994 in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. We are one of the bases of Horng 1 Accessories Co., Ltd. of Taiwan invested in the mainland. Our factory has now formed a production structure of three series of products, including plastic hair accessories, plastic electronic gifts and cosmetics for everyday use. Since the establishment, our factory has been abiding by the quality policy of "Honesty, innovation, excellent quality and pursuit of perfection". With the vigorous and sustained effort of the whole company, we have developed from a family enterprise of 200-odd people in its initiative stage quickly to a large modern manufacturing enterprise with a staff of over 2,000 people.
