As a Managing-Director with German background, we strictly follow European production-standards for all CIM-products. CIM's safety features - Computer controlled Breaking-Load-Test machine, with printer for certification and tests of materials and products up to the limit. - Computer controlled Working-Load-Test machine, for permanent 100% quality control for sensitive products like ladders, steps, hooks, and shackles. - Impact-Testers for testing hardness of different materials. - Radiation-Detector acc. US-Standard FCC-15 for the permanent control of all materials on radioactivity. - Moly-Tester, for testing the component of Mo in Stainless Steel AISI316 and AISI316L. - Handheld Omega X-Ray-Fluorescence-Spectrometer. This analyzer replaces a complete Lab and provides accurate analysis in 4 seconds of all chemical components in all metals. - Portable roller swager from Wireeknik/Sweden, for routine test of the strength of our swage-terminal products. - Monthly routine training of ISO requirements.
