Custom surface is the North American arm of a strategic relationship to produce and distribute Asian flooring into the United States. Currently the partnership operates 5 production lines producing laminate, solid hardwood, engineered and bamboo flooring. Realizing the obstacles Chinese manufactures have experienced with U. S. Companies in the past, the partnership tasked Custom Surface, to develop a quality control program and distribution network inside the U. S. For the partnership's product line. Custom surface, a solely owned American corporation, operates an office in Hong Kong with an American educated quality control engineer whose responsibility it is to inspect random cartons of product prior to shipment. Each container of product is inspected by our quality control team prior to shipment to the United States. All of our production facilities are ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified.
