Design-Tek tool & Plastics is a Manufacturer of plastic products. We build and design injection molded products in Aluminum or steel molds. We have state of the art equipment for building molds with CNC Mills, Wire EDM, sinker EDM, Plate grinder, Lathes etc.
We use Solidworks and Surfcam and can read many format from other CAD programs such a Autocad, Parasolids, Iges, Step, Sat, Pro E, Solid Edge, Cadkey or Keycreator.
Design-Tek has extensive experience in designing and manufacturing plastic products.
For Production of plastic parts we are capable of 1 oz. Parts up to 48 oz. Parts. Our Injection molders range in size from 50 ton to 390 ton. We use many different resins in our manufacturing such as Nylon, Polycarbonate, PVC, Polyproplyene, Polyethelyene, ABS, and many engineered for specific products.
