It is our pleasure to introduce DS Technology Co., Ltd., a company focusing on the development of solar energy products. Our main shareholders are Taiwan National ITRI (Industry Technology Research Institute) and public-listed CEO joint-in as partners. The segmentation DS Technology created will be the future vision of "integration provider" rather than "PV module". It is our strength that DS Technology will be public-listed in NASDAQ in 2010 based on our complete integration from silicon order, ingot, wafer and cell/module. Now, together we hope to see a greener Earth in the near future. About DS Technology DS Technology was built-up by the center of several Business Units. We focus on the integration of silicon materials. Our goal is to not only provide the best quality PV modules, but also promote BIPV solutions to our customers at best costs. Every BU is responsible for handling specific task and can be categorize briefly as below: 1. Sourcing and Procurement of wafer (even up to ore) 2. Production of Solar Cells, Solar Panels 3. Manufacturing of Inverters/Controllers and accessories Our Sourcing and Procurement BU is highly efficient in securing raw materials for production of silicon mono and multi-crystalline cells and panels. In order to secure production, not only wafer but search of ore is part of our strategic plan. We have signed long-term contract with some bases located in Southeast Asia and South America. Our Production BU (or factories) is located in the Science Park of Taiwan area and second one in Shanghai, mainland China. The current production capacity per month is 6 million pieces of 5" & 6" solar cells, up to 258MW in solar panels/modules annually. One key competence is our close partnership with SAS (Sino American Silicon). As an integrated provider, we provide quick total solution to meet our customers' demands, offering what our customers need and more. Solar cells, solar panels and products combined with solar energy e.g. LED Lights using solar energy are all for one purpose - we only have one EARTH, let's keep it clean for the generations to come.
