Dalian Deepblue Pump Co., Ltd., with the predecessor of Dalian Second Acid Proof Pump Works, was built in 1988. We are a Sino-America joint venture and a professional producer of a wide range of pumps used in industries. Our company occupies an area of 98,000sqm. We have a staff of 946 members, including 105 engineering and technical personnel, 56 R&D personnel, 9 senior engineers, 27 engineers, 20 assistant engineers. Currently we produce 42 series and more than 1,000 varieties of industrial corrosion proof pumps. Our products are mainly executed at such standards as API610, ASME/ANSI B73.1M, and ISO258. Our product parameters include the flow capacity of 20,000cbm/h, heads of 3500m, and the rotor speed of 22700r/min, as well as temperature range from -100 to 450. The biggest diameter of our impeller is 1m, suction diameter is up to 12m and suction pressure is up to 8MPa. Our products are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, steel, coking, coal, environmental protection, starch, automobile, non-ferrous metal, power, nuclear industry, sewage disposal, paper making and other industries. In the product research and development, we fully use Computer Aided Design System, Computer-Aided Process Design Software, PUMPCAD Hydraulic Design Software, CFD Simulation Software, ANSYS Finite Element Analysis Software and UG 3D Design Software. In 1996, our company achieved Quality System Certification of ISO9001. Our sales network distributes all over the whole country, with offices in 29 cities. Our International Department was established in 2005 to expand overseas markets. At present, our products have been sold to Europe, Southeast Asia, Russia, Canada, and Australia, in more than 30 countries and regions.
