We are near No. 305 National Road, Dandong, Dalian, Wafangdian and Yinkou. Our company enjoys convenient transportation. Our registered capital was 8 million RMB and fixed assets are 38 million RMB. Our company covers a total area of 46662 square meters, and the construction area is 19998 square meters. Our company has 180 employees in total, including 7 managers, 16 Engineerings and technical persons. Our main production techniques are resin bonded sand lost-wax process, vac-sorb lost-wax process, resin bonded sand casting and clay mortar wet-pattern casting. Our primary products are gray iron castings, ductile iron castings, alloy iron castings and wind energy castings. Our company is the biggest manufacturer and pioneer of lost wax mounding technique in South Liaoning Province. Our annual production capacity is 10000 tons and annual turnover is 80 million RMB. The biggest casting we produce is 45 tons. We also produce automobile brakes, water pumps, wheel hubs and various machine tool beds, bases, tables, spindle boxes, slides and upright columns. Our company was formerly known as Dalian Bright Industrial Company, which has 50 years of machinery manufacturing and casting production experience. Our company has strong technical strength and developing ability. We can meet market demands and R&D all kinds of cast iron pieces. Computer-aided design was achieved and AutoCAD, electronic drawing board and three-dimensional design software were applied. Our company has attained ISO9001:2000 quality certification.
