Pre-printing: Design the sample pictures according to customers' requirement. During the designing, the designers make horizontal mutual inspection firstly, and then they handle it over to the competent authority for veritical inspection, and the person in charge will sign to confirm that it has no problem. Lastly, we will send the sample picture to our customers for final confirmation. Printing: When the products are put into printing, the quality inspection process is: 1. Confirm the printing sample through signing by the person in charge, including first printing sample cutting, color comparison, printing content proofreading, and sample plate confirmation. 2. Inspect the quality every 30 minutes during the printing by departmental quality control personnel. 3. Chief engineer takes random sampling at any time. 4. Quality inspection team checks the printing output comprehensively. Post-printing: There are different quality inspections according to different printing products and customers' special needs (such as die-cutting, membrane-cover, and polishing). There are different departments responsible for specific circumstances of the case, but every department shall strictly follow the quality inspection process, and the quality inspection team will take overall check for printing output. Finally, quality control personnel will inspect the quality in accordance with the proportion of sampling confirmed by relevant person's signature.
