Dalian North Pipe Fittings Manufacture Co., Ltd. is one of enterprises invested by Jilin Jiangbei Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. which is a national first-class large-scale enterprise under NORINCO (G). Our company is one of the biggest industrial pipe fitting production bases in China covering an area of 20,370.40 square meters with a construction area of 13,000 square meters. Our company possesses geographical advantages, such as the convenient transportation, a complete infrastructure, and more than 50 sets of advanced equipment including SRP3-W13.5/18 multi-functional P/C hydraulic presses made in Germany, and 8B tees forming machines made in Taiwan Area. We have 6 production lines for producing various industrial pipe fittings. Our products include series elbows, tees, reducers and caps made of carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel from 1/2" to 24" for seamless butt-welded pipe fittings, up to 60" for welded pipe fittings in compliance with ASME, JIS, DIN, DL, GD and SH specifications, and also series socket and threaded pipe fittings from 1/8" to 4". Our annual production capacity is 5,000 tons per year, which will be up to 10,000 tons after this technical improvement. Our company has obtained ISO9001quality System Certification and passed a complete set of quality control system tests. We have complete facilities applied to metrological and physicochemical analyses and tests/inspections. In the past years, our products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as the USA, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Japan, India, Singapore, and the Middle East, and are widely used in petrol-chemical industry, petroleum refinement, electrical power plant, shipyard, and natural gas transportation.
