DANGOO Electronics Co., Ltd., a commercial subsidiary of DANGOO Group (the predecessor: Linan Gaohong Lighting Equipment Company), is in charge of principal business for the whole group. DANGOO Group is an innovative lighting company incorporated in 1995, focusing on giving solution and manufacturing energy saving lamps. The whole group has expanded with six subsidies, and adopted DANGOO as single name in 2007. The subsidies are Hangzhou Woojong Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Gaorefa Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Xianri Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Dourong Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zhengbei Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. and DANGOO Electronics Co., Ltd. Currently, among the leading players in China, we maintain distribution throughout the world, with sales turnover close to RMB1 billion in fiscal 2006. For the high quality products, customer-oriented services and environment advantages, our company becomes better and better. DANGOO has the plant area of 80,000 square meters (in Shanghai and Hangzhou cities), with 4200 staff members. As the key OEM supplier for international companies, we also guarantee strong production capacity. We can supply 9400000 pieces lamp assemblies, 6500000 pieces burners and 2500000 pieces PL lamps in every month. Our R&D center combined with experienced experts and advanced equipments makes great effort to develop more efficient and effective energy saving lamps. The production facilities include Spectrum Analysis and Test System; Temperature Chamber; EMC Qualification System; UL Qualification System; Lifetime Test Lab; Switch Test and Over Temperature/Voltage Lab; Lamp Test Equipment; Ballast Test Equipment and Material Inspection Equipment. Over the years, dedicated to being the leading provider of high quality energy saving lamps, DANGOO has attained a range of quality and safety certifications, such as CE, UL, SASO, Energy Star, KTL and CQC. Furthermore, the international recognized ISO9001 system for quality assurance has been implemented in our whole production process. In order to reduce carbon dioxide emission, a great attention was also paid on making our products to be environmentally friendly. Our Zhengbei plant has been listed on energy star website as qualified spiral lamp supplier. The environmental management system (ISO14001) guarantees DANGOO in conformance with the international environment laws and regulations. DANGOO innovation and new investment The new factory project, with further investment for 100 million RMB, is expected to be completely finished in October 2007. The new plant occupies about 43,800 square meters, with 5 production lines for 2 and 3 U-shape burners, 10 spiral shape burner lines and 6 lamp assembly lines. Cooperating with China National Lamp Test Center and China National Luminaries and Test Center, Dangoo invested RMB3 million on our national lab. This project would be finished before July 2007.
