Wholly owned by the large-scale Grand Group, we are a manufacturer of environmentally friendly hollow core chipboard and chipboard door cores in China. A member of the Wooden Door Sub-Committee of the China Timber Distribution Association, we use sophisticated self-developed PIC extrusion lines to output 100,000 square meters of tubular particle boards every year. Using high quality chipboard and environmentally friendly glue to produce hollow drilled door cores meeting the E1 and E2 standards, all products have passed testing by the State Bureau of Forestry. Light in weight and preserving heat, our door cores are impact resistant and sound insulating. Featuring all the advantages of wood, yet without such weak points as shrinking after drying and swelling when wet, our series are green replacements for solid wood door cores.
