DIVINITYs award winning Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a harmonious and aromatic blend of our finest Tuscan varietals, Frantoio and Leccino. They are gentle in character and have ripe olive fruity aromas and flavours with an underlying stone fruit and tropical fruit character. Cold pressed to create beautiful well balanced oil. At the 2008 Olive New Zealand awards, Divinity was awarded Silver and Bronze for our Frantoio and Leccino oils. The Frantoio is richer with a golden and light buttery flavour, subtle grassy aroma with a crisp peppery finish while the Leccino has a cut grass and green apple nose with a peppery finish. Our two premium oils are classified as Delicate Style due to our unique blend of clay soils and warm temperate Northland maritime climate. They are grown and produced in Mangawahi, on the Kingsview Estate, 90 minutes drive north of Auckland. Our premium extra virgin oil is ideal for dipping, drizzling over salads or fresh pasta, vegetables and meats, for marinades, dressing or soups. DIVINITY carries the Olives NZ certification Red Seal. This intensive accreditation process tests both the chemical and sensory integrity of the extra virgin olive oils produced set by the International Olive Council (IOC). Our oils are available in 250ml and 500ml Bellolio Bottles.
