We are a family owned Knitting mill since 1913. Our mill is located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey 5 miles from New York City. For many years we were contractors of sweater manufacturing for many of the big stores in the United States. In recent years, when most of the sweater manufacturing and production was moved off shore, we began to search for new ways to satisfy the local markets. We developed, with help from experts at Shima Seiki USA a new way of knitting large photos on to a blanket. The advance in computer technology gave us the ability to upgrade all our knitting machines so we are able today, to knit large designs at fast speed. When we get from our customers a photo or a company logo, we start a process of converting one Pixel to one stitch, each photograph contain millions of pixels, our fast computers can convert millions of pixels to millions of stitches in minuets. We use only USA material such as Organic Cotton and Recycled Cotton-acrylic yarns.
