Ecolighting, Inc. was founded in July 21, 2008, located in Hsinchu Science Park. Our capital is NTD$ 120,000,000. As the semiconductor lighting technology is getting more and more mature and the increased demands of saving global energy and solving environmental problems, we decided to integrate our ability and know-how to participate in the LED lighting field. Modern lighting drivers and the control modules for LED lighting need to undergo the revolution for the new era of lighting source. Newly developed control modules will add extra functions to LED lamps, such as remote dimmer and motion sensor. Optical design and thermal management of the LED light engine can prolong the lifetime and beautify the light shape. LED lamps which are manufactured by Ecolighting will provide a new concept of using daily light. We can also make some contribution to environmental protection. We plan to develop a series of LED light engine which will range from small power to very high power. With the unique design of lamp shape, the light engine can become a unique LED lamp. Technologically, we take the optical, thermal and electrical demands for LED light engine into full consideration. Embedded Power Factor Correction (PFC) IC with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control function can be applied to various LED lamps. By combining those functions, we can distinguish our products and achieve the goal of energy saving. Optimized optical design make LED lamps similar to traditional lamps in shape, which will be easily accepted by users. The thermal management guarantees the heat which is generated by lighting engine and can function well and ensure their lifetime. Our short-term target focuses on launching the unique 5 Watts spot lamps. Although there are similar products in the market, they are far away from the traditional lamps in terms of lumina output in the optical field. Our patented thermal management technology of LED spot lamp will consume less energy comparing with the traditional spot lamps (50 Watts compared with 5 Watts). 10 Watts spot lighting with active cooling technology can also achieve the limitation of constrained dimension. Based on the cutting edge technology, same know-how can also be applied to various LED lamps and someday they will replace traditional lamps. For example, W27, E11, and PAR series, downlights, wall wash lamps, garden lamps, and street lamps will be developed gradually according to the demands of market. Intelligent lighting control circuits can provide more new function modules which combine sensor control and are not available in traditional lamps. We integrate this control module with security system in schools and living houses, and will also make remote control available when you are away from home.
