Elliptical Mobile Solutions Elliptical Mobile Solutions (EMS) was founded by Joe Robbins in Phoenix, Arizona in early 2005. EMS takes the preliminary research from EM and hones the focus to create products for today's needs for mobility, security and flexibility. Specializing in solutions for business continuity, disaster recovery and prevention and the mobility needs of multiple industries and market segments. Our first commercial offering-the Self-Propelled Electronic Armored Rack, known as the S. P. E. A. R. Is our answer to an apparent void in the IT industry. By combining self-propulsion with our patent pending multi-axis suspension system, we have created an equipment rack that is capable of transporting its electronic payload up to 10 miles, while protecting it from harmful shock and vibration. By adding on-board power conditioning, a self-contained HVAC unit, a water resistant, EMI shielded patch panel, and a MIMO array, we have created a self-mobilizing equipment rack that doubles as its own operational platform.
