Engineered Metal Products manufactures lost wax investment castings in Mexico (Guadalajara) . The plant also offers aluminum permanent mold casting. Related in-house services offered include machining, polishing, and painting. The facility currently employs 63 people and is capable of 550 pounds per hour of steel casting. We have three on-staff engineers and offer communication in Spanish or English. Our QC engineer has developed a full quality manual and we are pursuing ISO certification.
Our most popular steel alloys are 316, 316L, 304, 15-5 ph, and 2205 duplex.
