Exquisite Knitters (Guangzhou) Ltd., which a wholly owned subsidiary of Yangtzekiang Garment Ltd. (YGM) in Panyu of China, is a vertical setup manufacturer of knitted fabrics and garments. With over 18 years' strong manufacturing experience, our company has gained a worldwide reputation for impeccable quality, competitive prices, guaranteed reliability and excellent customer service. Our fabrics division is equipped with 76 sets of Circular and Flat knit machines imported from Germany, Italy and Japan. Single and double jersey, stripe, jacquard, pique, interlock and rib fabrics are our products. Our annual production capacity is over 1800 tons. Our dyeing division is equipped with 60 sets of dyeing machines sourced from Germany and Taiwan Area with an annual production capacity of 600 tons of dyed yarns and 1350 tons of dyed fabrics. We specialize in mercerized yarns and fabrics. Our double mercerized division is equipped with imported machines from Italy and Switzerland and has an annual production capacity of 600 tons of mercerized yarns and 800 tons of mercerized fabrics. Meantime, we are very strong in sourcing a variety of regular fabrics, such as 100% cotton, cotton/poly blend and 100% polyester which are produced in our surrounding area. We have an annual production capacity of over 3 million pieces of knitted garments. With strict and tight quality control, every piece of garments that we manufacture is of world class standard and can meet the highest demand of our international well known branded customers. Our products include men & women's T-shirts & polo shirts (in high quality compact yarn, single and/or double mercerized cotton) as well as sportswear items. We also manage OEM / ODM as per customers' requirements. Besides, lean managing skills are also applied in our garment dept. to ensure our high efficiency and high quality standard. Apart from above, we have invested heavily on Research and Development to ensure that our products are always kept abreast of time. We employ excellent designers to provide us with information on the latest fashion trend, design, colors, concepts, patterns, cutting and selection & sourcing of materials, and employ the service of experts to improve our finished garment products in such areas as appearance, hand feel, comfort, fitting, as well s convergence with functional advantages like moisture repellent, UV protection & soil resistant. Moreover, we have a branch office in Shanghai which was established in 2003 to provide quick response & efficient communication for our customers in Shanghai.
