Ficca international cultural foundation from Canada, is involved in international education and literacy programs in Africa. We ship containers with books and computers free of charge to 14 African countries, including togo, ghana, Benin, ivory coast, Congo. We now want to establish libraries in these countries and offer hi-speed internet service at a very nominal charge.
