Foshan Shunde CMI Design & Packaging Co., Ltd.(used to be Foshan Shunde CMI Electric Manufacture Co., Ltd), located in Shunde, Guangdong, China, was founded in 1998. Since the establishment, CMI has developed into a company with 130 staff members. During the past ten years, we have provided services for many international famous brand companies. Through their professional guidelines and support, we have established a complete quality control system and had a group of skillful technicians. Our company covers an area of 10,000sq.m. and consists of two sub-factories: Woodcraft Factory and Injection & Moulding Factory. Woodcraft Factory mainly produces exhibition articles such as watch / glass display fixtures, exquisite shop-to-shop furniture and fitments of authorized store,and we also make all kinds of luxury boxes, such as watch box, jewelry box, wine box, gift box, humidor box, etc. We put our high gloss technology and leather artwork together to make out the perfect boxes for the luxury product.; Injection & Moulding Factory focuses on die cast mould designing, pattern making of high gloss steam injection and a series of follow-up mechanism technology such as spray painting, silkscreen and hot stamping. In the past ten years, we have been making progress constantly. We concentrate on manufacturing high quality products. Solving every single production problem for our clients marks a small step forward and provides a new technical research subject for us. In order to satisfy customers' needs with high requirements on product appearance, CMI has invested 20,000,000RMB in a complete set of high gloss steam injection equipment in November, 2007. Moreover, distinguished employees have been assigned to Korea for professional training of die cast mould designing, manufacture, and mould shaping and complete subsequent production process. In order to test the training result, we have produced one set of high gloss moulds which turned out to be a great success. That is to say we have mastered production process of "19-42" high gloss TV shells.
