4) A complete working process to the need of European clients, from prototype development to bulk production.
A. Salesman sample development key process
a) Clients' designers to brief us by sending us from Europe, sketches and requirements for fabrics and accessories, as well as printing and embroidery artworks;
b) Fran-Dressie to source all necessary materials and develop prototypes and send to Clients by express;
c) Clients to comments on prototypes by mail or come to our office in Shanghai to comments on prototypes;
d) Fran-Dressie to provide our clients with revised samples or counter samples;
e) Clients to approve counter samples;
f) Fran-Dressie to produce salesman samples and deliver to Clients for trade fair;
B. Bulk production process
a) Clients to place bulk production orders to Fran-Dressie based on the salesman samples developed by Fran-Dressie, also with necessary comments;
b) Upon receipt of L/C or prepayment, Fran-Dressie to make size sets or pre-production samples for client's approval;
c) Clients to comment on pre-production samples or approve pre-production samples;
d) Fran-Dressie to finish bulk production and deliver to Clients' requests, by FOB or CIF and by shipment of Air or Air + Sea or Sea;
The above working processes from salesman sample development to bulk production proved very successful and effective in terms of quality, delivery time and cost.
