Jointa Group Limited (Jointa) was founded by Mr. Lin Ming, who has more than twenty years' successful experience in aquatic farming, processing, sales and marketing. Our main production base is strategically located in Fuzhou, China, a coastal city in Southeast China. There are Mawei and Jianying sea ports within half an hour's drive, and an international airport within one hour's drive. We process and produce a variety range of aquatic products. Currently, our own production capacity has reached 25,000 tons per year, and our annual turnover has exceeded USD40,000,000. Some of our products are self-processing and the others are subcontracted. Our main product category includes: 1. Fresh chilled and alive aquatic products; 2. Frozen foods; 3. Snack foods (including dehydrated products); 4. Canned foods; 5. Roasted and smoked products; 6. Surimi; 7. Breaded and final value added products We pay full attention to the quality assurance. Jointa is vertically integrated. At the front end, we have established a very strong alliance with a team of vessels and with the fishmen along the coasts of China and Southeast Asia. We also have our own resources such as the clean and unpolluted lakes and reservoirs in Fujian Province in which we can breed large quantities of fries using the most advanced aquaculture technology. We can firmly ensure the quantity and quality of raw material supply. Through our global distribution network, we are exporting our products to 68 countries. We are now distributing our products to America continents (the USA, Brazil, and Chile), Europe (Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Cyprus, and Russia), Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore), the Middle East (Israel, Egypt, and Jordan), Africa (South Africa, Mosambica, and Ghana) and Far East (Japan and South Korea). Jointa's mission is to meet the growing needs of the health and value for conscious consumers around the world. We are now building a new plant under our wholly owned subsidiary, Fujian Yuansheng Foods Industry Co., Ltd., one of the biggest dedicated aquatic processing plants in the world located at Mawei Town, Fuzhou. With 60,000 tons of cold storage, and 18 professional production lines, the gross floor area of the new plant is about 170,000 square meters. Our trial production was commenced before the end of 2007. After the entire completion of our new plant, we will have around 7,000 workers and the production capacity will be about 350,000 tons per year.
