With a well established state of the art fabric production unit based in the industrially forward State of Gujarat India and a garment manufacturing facility in Mumbai India, Glowfab stands on the leading edge of international trade offering one of the most exhaustive product range in fabrics and garments for men, women, teenagers and kids. It has state of the art wider width Sulzer and Dornier weaving machines with required preparatory machines and produces more than 5 million meters of high quality fabric per annum and can offer fabrics upto a width of 148 inches in Grey and Finish form. Our garment manufacturing unit in Mumbai has a production capacity of approx 120000 pieces per month. The factory is equipped with the latest Japanese machinery comprising of single, double, triple needle sewers, arm feeders, bar tacking button hole and stitching machines, metal detector, Steam Ironing plant. In the fabric category, we manufacture shirtings and dress materials using 100 percent cotton, 100 percent linen, 100 percent polyester spun, filament and texturised and its blends with Cotton, Viscose, linen, Polynosic, Lycra, Flax. The type of fabrics arePlains, drills, twills, oxford, cords, dobbies, filafils, chambrays, cambrics, poplins. Womens fabrics include hand painted 100 percent pure silk fabrics, printed cotton voile, cotton wax printed, hand embroidery on silks and polyester and wedding dresses. We possess the expertise of special treatments such as Peaching, Brushing, Enzyme Washing and also engage in Hand embroidery, Flock prints, burn outs. In the world of Mens & Womens readymade garments, Glowfab manfufactures the complete range of formal and casual wear for Mens and Womens wear. We specialize in formal and casual woven shirts for both mens and womens wear. Apart from this, we manufacture garments for Kids and teenagers. We export woven fabrics to Hungary, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Hand Painted 100 percent pure silk fabrics for high fashion women wear. On the domestic front we supply our fabrics to established garment manufacturers and exporters. We export garments mainly to the European market catering to countries such as Turkey, Spain and UK. We have set our foot in the South American and South African market for garments through our agents. The garment exports is partly direct and partly through garment importers.
