We are the new company established in 2009 under the partner ship of leading Japanese meat plant, a wholesaler, and an importer / exporter for the purpose to promote quality Japanese foods around world. From our experience traveled around the world and identified what are the issues with Japanese food that we want to pass all to you. Japanese restaurants are often seen in the world now a day. However, quality levels are quite different among those Japanese restaurants. There are several reasons behind them. One of the reason is because materials are not properly handled so that elements of material loses rapidly before they are served. Since Japanese cuisine express original taste of raw materials, quality control of material is as important as cooking process itself, and quality management can be easily handled by self-awareness and minor operational device. Our purpose is not only to supply foods, but also information relating Japanese food such as quality management, food services, and cooking methods. We would like to work together with customers to enhance mutual benefit. By doing this, we believe Japanese foods are deeply understood and widely accepted in the world.
