Established in 1987, we are a manufacturer and exporter of plastics and metals items located in dongguan, guangdong province. Our products for the automobile, home electric appliance, electronics premiums and bioengineering industries. We have acquired IS90002 and IS9000 quality system authentication, and are presently operating in accordance with criteria stipulated in vda6.1 standards. We have advanced production equipments imported from Japan, Germany, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. These apparatus include 25 injection plastic machines,25 press machines, aluminum extrusion machines, plastic and metal spray-printing equipment, silk-screen printing machines, etc. These plastic injection and metal press machines range from 3-1500mt, with capacities of between 10-10,000 grams. Currently, our monthly manufacturing capability is in excess of 580mt. In recent years, through cooperation with multinational companies such as GM, Sony, Yamaha, Pioneer, Panasonic and Wal-mark, we have obtained the technical and professional knowledge required to obtain a share in the international global market. Our R&D capability has been greatly advanced by the use of CAD/CAM technology; and we are able to product all kinds of goods and molds in accordance with your special OEM/ODM requirements.
