Our company was founded in 2003 by Polish shareholders who had their own funds. We devoted our efforts to launching a production of sandwich panels as a response to a highly increasing demand for light weight building materials in the Central European region due to the accession of Poland and other neighbouring countries to the European Union.
In 2004, the Company was granted a positive decision on co-funding from the EU Structural Funds within The Sectoral Operational Programme-Improvement of the Competitiveness of Enterprises, years 2004-2006 supervised by Polands Ministry of Economy. Banking supervision has been provided by BRE Bank S. A. with its premises in Warsaw. Additional credit guarantee has been provided by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
On May 16, 2005, an open tender for supply of a complete technological line for continuous production of wall and roof panels with PUR-foam, Mineral Wool and Polystyrene core was finalised. The contract was awarded to a leader of the international market, reputable Hennecke GmbH, a part of Bayer Concern, which with cooperation with WK IndustrieTechnik GmbH Co. KG will supply the most cutting edge processing line in Poland for production of sandwich panels.
Our company has started production of sandwich panels in December 2006.
Till the end of 2007 our company has produced and sold over 300 000 square meters of polyurethane sandwich panels in Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Austria and Moldavia.
