We drop ship our products from participating dealers and those dealers adhere to the following company guidelines: All contributing dealers offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you return the item you purchased in its original condition, with all original packaging material including instruction manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and the original sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a refund. All sales on televisions and video products unless they are defective are FINAL. If defective, the following policy applies: Graha Indonesia Theater Network Dealers offer a 2 week defective exchange. If your product becomes defective within the first 14 days, we will exchange that unit for a new unit. Video products covered above are exchanged for the same identical product. Simply e-mail us net and include a detailed description of the defect. We will issue a Return Shipping Label so you can ship the product to us and have it exchanged at no expense to you. Graha Indonesia Theater Dealers Network will honor the original manufacturer warranty exactly as stipulated by the manufacturer for the full length of the original warranty. Any equipment that has an original manufacturer warranty that is longer than 5 years will be covered for 5 years but not for more than 5 years. In the event you should require service on your equipment within the warranty period, we will arrange a Return Shipment Label, repair and return of the item at our expense.
