Our Enterprise Guangzhou Teng Qi Steel Machine Manufacturer Co., Ltd., one of the leading manufacturers in China, is a Taiwanese-owned sole proprietary enterprise. Our subsidiaries include: Guangzhou Teng Qi Steel Machine Manufacturer Co., Ltd. Shanghai Teng Qi Steel Machine Manufacturer Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Jie De Machinery Co., Ltd. Our total staff is about 500, including 100 technical specialists. Our company was set up in Taiwan in 1972 to research and develop, design and manufacture steel / metal cutting machinery. Due to expansion and demand outside the domestic market, Guangzhou Teng Qi Steel Machine Manufacturer Co., Ltd. was started in 1992 in Panyu Town of Guangzhou as a subsidiary. In 2000, the principal manufacturing and fabrication plant was set up, with a total land area of 160,000 square feet. Our company is specialized in designing and manufacturing steel and metal cutting machines, such as the slitting and shearing lines. Our Capabilities Design (Custom and Standard Specifications) Fabrication and Manufacturing QA, QC Onsite Installation, Testing and Commissioning Training After Sales Service During manufacturing, our main structures are made and fabricated locally. However, parts used on our machines such as motors, controls, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatics are procured locally or imported from renowned brands, to ensure the usability and precision standards to maintain practicality and benefit end users in term of cost effectiveness. Fabrication Standards Our facilities include 120 individual stations including: CNC Precision Machines Lathe Machines Precision Surface Grinders Plane Grinders Drill Benchers Drilling and Slot Milling Machine Hobbing Machine Welding, Riveting Stations And miscellaneous technically advanced equipment to implement the manufacturing process. Design Capabilities Staff of our research and design team is about 40. We have designed, developed and delivered more than 600 production lines for users from Europe and Asia. Our Standing amongst Peers: Our slitting lines could achieve speed up to 300m/min, tolerance within +0.03mm, shearing lines at maximum 90m/min, and tolerance within +0.03mm. Suitable to be used on metal materials of thickness from 0.08mm to 25mm, width from 200mm to 2250mm.
