Guangzhou Wenhua Down and Feather Products Co., Ltd. (with the original name of Panyu Wenhua Down & Feather Products Factory of Guangzhou) is a Sino-foreign joint venture established in 1987. At present, our company is one of the largest down and feather product manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong Province, and we have been certificated by ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System and ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System. For the moment, our company has more than 3000 employees, and our factory area takes up more than 63,000 square meters including a building area of more than 35,000 square meters. We have 13 advanced automated down garment wash production lines, more than 30 sets of down and feather production equipment including one-boxed feather dividers and four-boxed feather dividers, and more than 2,200 sets of technical sewing facilities. Moreover, we are equipped with advanced down and feather detecting instruments. Our company has also introduced some advanced facilities from other countries, such as the French CAD computer-aided design systems, Japanese Barudan computerized embroidering machines, and American PGM automated cloth pulling machines, which enables Wenhua Company to manufacture more than 4800 tons of wash down and feather and 1,900,000 pieces of down and feather products.
