Haian Weishi Heavy Machine Co., Ltd. has 250 employees including over 50 engineers and technicians, passing ISO9001 international quality system certification. Our products were titled as quality goods due to positive results in the national spot tests of quality for some consecutive years. In 2006, it was awarded by the Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Technical Supervision for the Products of Quality and Credit. Our company had already passed the certification by CCS, GL, BV, DVN ,ABS,RINA and KR, and will pass the certification by LR and NKK in the near future. At present, our company has been advancing the mechanical equipment manufacturing and hot forging side by side. As for mechanical equipment, we have manufactured a series of NC fully-hydraulic die forging hammers, a series of NC free forging hammers, a series of air hammers, and a series of forging manipulators, forging equipment and reclaimers, as well as cold rolling machines. Our products have been widely applied in industries such as the machine tools, automobiles, hardware tools, motorcycles, and mining machines. Till now, our company has manufactured and sold over 20,000 forging equipment at home and abroad, and has established long-term close relationships with new and old users who have given credit for our products. As for the forging and deep processing, our company has formed the capacity of manufacturing ship parts of 100,000 tons below, 1.5~2.5MW spindle parts (including part fabrications) matched with wind-power mainframe manufacturers, and high-alloy components for mining and smelting, which have been warmly praised by clients. By extensive and long-term partnerships with Chinese famous forging processing research institutes and universities, our company has accumulated profound knowledge and experience in metal forming devices and techniques, and achieved fruitful results: In 1968, we produced the first 750kg air hammer; In 1972, we developed China's first full-hydraulic rail forging manipulator; In 1974, China's first 63KJ micro-inching hydraulic forging hammer; In 1986, China's first hydraulic power-transmission cross-wedge rolling mill; In 1988, China's first hydraulic die forging hammer with dynamic damper; In 2002, China's first program-controlled full-hydraulic die forging hammer parallel to the global advanced level, awarded the title of state high tech product. Our company has the total assets of RMB 200,000,000 with the output value and sales amount of RMB 300,000,000 in 2008. We possess advanced and reliable manufacturing equipment including large gantry machining centers, large floor boring and milling machines, heavy gantry NC boring and milling machines, large cylindrical grinding machines, guideway and plano grinding machines, heavy horizontal vehicles, and large vertical vehicles, which could process the mechanical equipment of 100T below per unit, possess 3150T hydraulic presses and forge equipment including 5T electro-hydraulic hammers and below which could process forgings of 40T below, possessing the open furnaces of 11m and 8m respectively and 3.2*12m heat treatment furnace which could handle the heat treatment for the shaft parts of 11m below and disk-type parts with the diameter of 3m below. We possess the full set of physical and chemical testing equipment including WE - 60 universal material testers, JB - 300B impact testers, CDW - 20 low-temperature impact test instruments, CST - 50 impact test gap projectors, CSL - A impact test gap broaching machines, HB - 3000 sclerometers, CST - 7 ultrasonic flaw detectors, JQ - 8 computer multi-element analyzer measurements in conjunction, metallurgical microscopes, and far infrared thermometers.
