In 1992, Hangzhou Lila Lifting & Lashing Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Yale Industrial Products GmbH. Hangzhou Lila is specialized in various kinds of riggings produced with quality materials, and advanced technologies. The main products of our company include textile lifting sling and lashing sling, for instance: Ratchet lashing, Webbing sling, Round sling, and Accessories. As a branch of "Yale", Hangzhou Lila operates according to the standard of DIN ISO9001. This is a guarantee to our business partners that our product design, development, manufacturing, assembly, sales and after sale service are done in unified way. The core competition ability of Hangzhou Lila is continuously producing world-class products, which are manufactured under strict procedures regarding the European Product Standards, or any particular national standards required by the customer, including the mandatory test criteria and test sequences. We established a comprehensive and strict quality control system. It could be reflected either on evaluating and selecting a qualified vendor, or on the thorough inspection of supply and production processes and the ex factory release process. Meanwhile, we chose some of the biggest polyester and hardware parts producers in the domestic market as our partners. Additionally all the chemicals and pigments used in our dyeing operation are imported from Switzerland. This guarantees a sustained and stable product quality. Many of our weaving machines are made in Switzerland; our technical people were trained by Swiss experts. Personnel Resource Development is the basis of our company's future success and we pay a high attention to its maintenance and cultivation. Many technical and key position people are working in Lila for more than five years. This abundant experience guarantees the continuity of the production processes. Meanwhile, we spend a considerable amount of time and money to train our staff to ensure that the knowledge and skills of our staff is timely updated in line with the development of our company and changes in market. Hangzhou Lila supplies the products for customers in Germany, France, England, Austria, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, South Africa, USA, China, Thailand, and other more. Over 75% of sales are made to related Yale companies and sold under the world re-known premium Yale brand, mainly in continental Europe and Asia. The remainder is sold to OEM customers in Japan, the USA and Germany and the Netherlands. Depending upon the global distribution network of the Yale Group, we can supply a fast service to customers whether in small batches of varying products or large batches of uniform products. We can also satisfy the unique customers requirements. Urgent delivery schedules can be met through the global network stock system. At the same time, Hangzhou Lila offers a wide product line and selection of components for our range of sling products. Our business strategy is to achieve a strong growth and more than double of the current facility in size within the next 3 years. This will be achieved by making more OEM products, increase the sales efforts within China as well as expanding the geographical area for our branded Yale products to other countries in Asia and around the world.
