In 1994, Ontime Electronic was formed. It took the role of the exclusive agent for Sensormatic EAS products in Zhejiang Province China. In the year of 1997, Ontime Electronic started producing EAS products, including RF EAS system and accessories. At the beginning, the new energetic team had only one assembling workshop with four industrial machines, but over the next few months, it set the regular business with South East Asia and Middle East customers. At its launch, backed by the vision of the company shareholders Zhuang Xiaodong and Wen Linfeng, it was to carve out a niche for itself and set the foundation for the EAS manufacturer we know today. Ontime Electronic's early years were tough, as the young manufacturer fought hard to establish itself and to build up its production facility with the most advanced technology. The same year Ontime Electronic made its historic business deal to West Europe, the young manufacturer's exportation business began to exceed its demotic sales. A year later, corporate with expertise European trader, Ontime Electronic expanded to European market successfully, and soon its product range began to grow, fanning out across hundreds items. From the start, Ontime Electronic recognized the need to encourage local talents for the future of EAS industry. In year 2005, Ontime Electronic introduced its strategic corporate scheme for a sustainable development to provide candidates selected inside of the Corp. with extensive training to become the qualified Corp. managers.For over five years, Ontime Electronic proved it could survive in the tough business competition, and EAS industrial heavyweights noticed. With the deepening of the intensive cooperation with its customers, its independent abilities, in terms of product R&D, marketing and sales grew with it. As the expansion, the company achieved ISO9001, awarded CE certificates for EAS systems, and obtained product patents continuously. In line with its expansion, and a commitment to grow together with customers, Ontime Electronic replaced its original production facilities with a state-of-the-art industrial machines and standard wide-body production plants worthy tens of million RMB in 2005.In the recent years, Ontime Electronic has clearly become an international EAS products supplier. The new work plant's construction has been already undergoing. It will be open in 2008. The total exceeding 30 million RMB invested Ontime Headquarter is home base for over 1,000 employee, a range of excellent facilities, and a state-of-the-art product R&D laboratory. Today, as a member of the major EAS production suppliers' alliance, Ontime Electronic works together with one hundred partners worldwide.
