Established in 2006, Hangzhou Sundio Tea Co., Ltd. is a modern tea enterprise integrating R&D, production, and trade, specializing in the production of tea bags. Our company is located in Longwu Town, which is one of the biggest production regions of Xihu Longjing Tea in Hangzhou City - China's Capital of Tea. Technology: Sundio is the initiator of FNIT automatic nitrogen-filling trace packaging technology which enables the weighing, nitrogen-filling and packaging of tea leaves to be automatically completed once for all. The original tea bags produced (2 or 3 grams for each bag) are of fixed quantity, portability, and fashion. This technology is capable of preserving the tea leaves for one year under general storage conditions, which successfully solves the problem of moisture, mildew, oxidation, frangibility and secondary pollution of the tea leaves under general storage conditions. The technology has subverted the traditional tea storage method and presents a milestone for improving tea packaging process, which substantially enhances the quality value of our products to consumers. Products: Cooperating with China National Tea Museum, Sundio has jointly developed the product series of Sundio China National Tea Museum Famous Tea Collection of National Standard. China's Top-10 historical famous tea has been selected to be produced and manufactured according to five standards of collection standard system, including tea garden standard, collecting standard, tea-frying standard, appraisal standard and storage standard. Original tea bushes have been chosen from non-pollution production region. Fresh tea leaves have been collected according to the time point of collecting model by the collection standard. Senior tea-makers with over 40 years' experience have been selected to carry out the production control. An appraisal team composed of authoritative professors from Tea Science Faculty of Zhejiang University controls the style and quality of Sundio tea so as to balance the product quality.
