Hangzhou Xiaoshan Bolts Factory ( Hangzhou Joy Hardware & Plastic Co., Ltd) was founded in 1998. We mainly produce hardware products, such as brackets, reinforcement products, bolts, hasps and staples, timber connectors and stamped products. We have exported to Australia, the USA and Europe. In the beginning, we were only a workshop with 7 people. During the time, we began exporting some products to East and South Asia through trading companies. After 9 years' development, we increased our quality and entered the Australian, American and European markets. Now we have more than 50 stamping machines. Our production capacity is 300 tons per month. Our annual sales are about RMB 15 million (USD2 million). We have more than 60 staff members in our 4000sqm factory. Our main products are: Shelf brackets Reinforcements Bolts Hasps and staples Hinges Timber connectors Other hardware products We manage our factory according to the ISO 9001 management system. We control the production yield beyond 95% and the finished goods yield beyond 98%. To provide better service and develop new markets, we will develop 4-5 new products yearly.
